A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER
My name is Stephen Martin. I've been in full-time ministry over twenty years and pastor Vintage Church, a multi-site church serving thousands across Central Texas. None of what we've built happened because I figured it out on my own. It happened because I leaned on coaching from pastors who were better than me at the thing I was trying to build.
That's why I built Pastors Collab. Every pastor deserves what shaped me — coaching, resources, and brothers in the work. We are here to serve you as you build your church.
