Pastors Collab is built by churches contributing to the mission. Tier 4 Contributors are not members buying a higher tier — they are partner churches who help resource pastors across the collab.

Contributors commit to two things:

• A suggested monthly partnership donation

• A monthly contribution of resources from their own church — sermons, series, systems, creative, and other tools — made available to every Pastors Collab member

Contributors are also invited to coach and mentor pastors in Tier 3 when their schedule allows, in the areas where their church has built and led well. Coaching is an opportunity, not a requirement.

The more churches that join the mission, the more resources, relationships, and reach every member of Pastors Collab receives. If your church has done the work and is ready to multiply that into the broader body, the application below is the first step. Once received, someone from our team will reach out to schedule a conversation.
