Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Pastors Collab you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time and will notify members of significant changes.

Membership & Access

Membership grants you access to resources based on your tier level. Access is for your personal and church ministry use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed outside your organization. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Content License

Resources provided through The Pastors Collab — including graphics, sermon notes, video assets, and course materials — are licensed for use within your local church ministry. You may adapt and use them in your church context. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish them as your own original work.

Billing & Cancellation

Memberships are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through your member dashboard and your access will continue through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Tier 4 Founders pricing is a suggested donation and is handled accordingly.

Disclaimer

Resources are provided as-is for ministry use. The Pastors Collab and Church Sherpa make no guarantees about specific outcomes for your church or ministry as a result of using these resources.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
